The Betterfly Tourism x FairMoove Solutions Academy is a Qualiopi certified training organization, specialized in supporting tourism stakeholders towards more sustainable and efficient practices. We offer a comprehensive training offer, in e-learning, face-to-face or remotely, designed to meet the environmental, economic and regulatory challenges of the sector. Our Academy is aimed at a wide variety of structures: - Tourist accommodation (hotels, campsites, tourist residences, hostels...), - Restaurants, integrated or independent, - Travel agencies and tour operators, - Local authorities and institutional bodies of tourism. Our modules cover concrete and operational themes: - Reduction of the environmental footprint, - Training in the Environmental Display (methodology, data, valorization), - Low carbon cuisine, - Eco-gestures by trade, - CSR strategies for territories and networks of establishments. Designed to be accessible, evolving and engaging, the Academy allows each structure to train its teams according to its needs, organization and maturity level on sustainable topics.

The Betterfly Tourism x FairMoove Solutions Academy offers a catalogue of targeted training courses, adapted to the realities of tourism professionals and sectoral repositories (Atout France ranking, Green Key, CSR criteria, etc.). These trainings can be carried out in e-learning, face-to-face or remotely, and are eligible for OPCO support thanks to our Qualiopi certification. Our trainings cover four main types of structures: Tourist accommodation - Welcome customers with disabilities (Criterion 210 – Atout France) - Effectively manage energy, water and waste (Criterion 237 – Hotel Ranking) - Introduction to sustainable tourism & CSR (Green Key) - Reduce energy costs in accommodation (1 day) - Responsible ecomanagement of water in tourist accommodation Travel agencies & CSE - Understand and sell a responsible trip - Training dedicated to responsible travel for CSEs Restaurants - Implement a low-carbon approach - Create a low carbon menu and develop plant recipes - Training-action on food waste, waste reduction and costs Territories and Destinations - Introduction to sustainable tourism for communities - Implement a responsible approach at the level of a territory - Reduce energy costs in accommodation (adapted to field guides) These trainings combine operational content, concrete examples, and directly activable tools. They are designed to strengthen the skills of the teams while structuring a sustainable approach of progress. Our trainings are designed to be accessible remotely, in three complementary formats: E-learning Our online modules are available 24/7 on our platform. They allow each employee to move at their own pace, with interactive content, quizzes, educational videos and concrete cases from the field. Distance by videoconference We also lead training in virtual classrooms, small groups, with an expert trainer. This format promotes exchange, practice and adaptation to the context of your structure. Presential on site For certain specific needs (low-carbon cuisine, team mobilization, field audit...), we intervene directly in your establishments or with local authorities.

Since 2020, more than 7 000 professionals have been trained. Participants report improved eco-friendly practices and better cost containment.
